Parent-Teacher Conferences Feb. 4 & Feb. 8

Parents and/or Guardians,

We wanted to reach out to you again as conferences are very close. I am resharing the email on how to sign-up for conferences that we sent on January 19th. If you need support, please contact us at (402)715-8468. For the 2020-2021 Spring conferences, we will hold parent-teacher conferences via zoom due to COVID-19 circumstances.  Teachers will be available for conference times on the following days:

Thursday, February 4th, 4:00 - 8:00 PM

Monday, February 8th, 4:00 - 8:00 PM

Conference times will be 10-15 minutes long.  Each teacher will email you a unique Zoom link that you can access.  Once in the Zoom, you will be placed in a waiting room until the teacher allows you in.  It is important that each parent honors the 10 minute time to allow others their scheduled time.


Please review your student's schedule and grades in Synergy through this link: Synergy for Parents. After that review, please sign up for a conference time.


Below you will find directions to sign up for conferences with each teacher individually.  We ask that only one time slot be used per student/per teacher.   Students are welcome to attend the Zoom conference with you, as this conference is about their work.

You will need to navigate to ParentVUE online  The ParentVUE app will not work for this application. Once in ParentVUE, be sure to select the correct student if you have multiple students in Millard.  Then click on Conference in the left-hand index.


Once on this screen, click on the Parent Scheduled Conference link in the right-hand corner.

You will now see the dates of the conferences as blue links to open. You may either choose a date or scroll down and left and right to select a time that works best for you and each specific teacher.  These will flow to other pages and scrolling will be necessary.


Once you have selected conference times, you will notice a summary in the upper right corner.  You can also use that link to email your schedule to yourself.

Remember signing up is done in ParentVUE.  Teachers will email the Zoom link for conferences separately.  You will need that link in order to get into the conference.
